Project description
Project Overview
This project involved the professional maintenance and treatment of external areas through landscaping, vegetation control, pest management, and fogging. The works were carried out to improve hygiene, reduce pest activity, enhance site safety, and maintain a clean, healthy environment for staff, visitors, and facility users.
Landscaping and Site Clearance
The landscaping works included the clearing of overgrown grass, weeds, shrubs, and unwanted vegetation around buildings, walkways, drains, perimeter areas, and access routes. This improved visibility, reduced pest hiding places, and created a cleaner and more presentable environment.
Pest Control and Fogging
Pest control and fogging were carried out using approved treatment methods and suitable fogging equipment. Targeted areas were treated systematically to help control mosquitoes, flies, crawling insects, and other pests commonly found around damp, vegetated, and external service areas.
Health and Safety Compliance
The work was undertaken by trained personnel using appropriate personal protective equipment, including coveralls, gloves, boots, respiratory protection, helmet, and hearing protection. Access to treatment areas was controlled to ensure the safety of people, property, and the surrounding environment.
Professional Execution
The project was professionally delivered through site inspection, risk assessment, safe chemical handling, controlled application, proper waste management, and final inspection. The completed works improved cleanliness, reduced pest breeding areas, and contributed to a safer and well maintained facility.
